  • Own design efforts on cross-platform campaigns for MINI USA, spanning direct mail, the MINI USA website, social media channels and CRM email marketing; past campaigns have included 2016 Spring Sales Event, 2016 Certified Pre-Owned Sales Event, the New MINI Convertible model launch and MINI Takes the States 2016

  • Work directly with producers, account executives, strategists and copywriters to execute against objectives presented in client briefs; participate in client calls to present work for review; discuss feedback and accept critique to push projects to a finalized state

  • Lead creative redesign of iOS app on iPhone and iPad, starting with user experience wire-framing and going through visual design

  • Guided efforts to create an iOS style guide & pattern library, in conjunction with the creation of a web style guide, to standardize colors, typography, and basic app elements. This initiative cut down on engineering efforts and unify brand elements across devices and platforms

  • Regularly collaborated with copywriters and engineers to bring visual designs and user experiences to fruition

  • Past initiatives included advocating for reorganization of our seating chart, to place designers and developers together. This measure proved to open lines of communication between departments, leading to improved QA processes and more successful launches of new web features

  • In 2014, designed and launched search feature (components included a search bar in the header, and the landing and filtering experience) into web product which led to 300% lift in conversion rate

  • Responsibilities included concepting and execution of design work, receiving and incorporating internal client feedback, maintaining consistency across media in integrated campaigns, collaborating with copywriters and other creative team members to maintain creative standards, and working closely with marketing department contacts and print vendors to maximize efficiency and cut costs

  • Assigned projects included integrated email and print marketing campaigns (usually with a web component), specialty single-run print brochures, brand exploration projects, and long-term systemization of user-action-triggered email series

  • Self-initiated projects ranged from working closely with email developers to produce cleanly coded and well-weighted emails, to providing insight into breakdowns in work flows and processes, and trying to improve those through experimentation with new technology integration and tracking software

  • Self-directed position; worked on projects for local companies, ranging from logo design, identity collateral and print advertisements to brochure, restaurant menu and packaging design

  • Responsibilities included research and concepting, illustration, photography direction, page layout, setting dielines, implementation of typographical systems, as well as physical design of each piece

  • Initiated and completed long-term redesign of brand collateral for Block Club, including logo refresh, business cards and stationery, marketing pieces, media kit and website.
